General information
In order for palliative care researchers to excel and have the best possible career perspectives, they will need to develop relevant skills beyond the academic.
The 12 early stage researchers will benefit from on the job training in scientific and complementary skills, secondments and visits to different partners and between sectors, locally structured training courses (e-learning and via travel) and network-wide training events organised yearly.
The experienced researchers will mainly receive complementary skills training (e.g. societal dissemination, project management, supervision of junior researchers, writing grant proposals).
